ERA LANDMARK ARROW REAL ESTATE is a member of the Gallatin Association of REALTORS Multiple Listing Service and has information on all properties listed by other brokers throughout Madison County and Beaverhead County. This area includes all of the Madison Valley, Ruby Valley, Jefferson Valley, Dillon and Whitehall. ERA Landmark Arrow is also a member of the Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service through the Gallatin Association of REALTORS in Bozeman and through this on-line service has information on all properties throughout southwest Montana. Through this service, all of our listings are included on REALTOR.com, the world's largest real estate website.
An active Multiple Listing Service means that every member office will be able to offer you information on ALL properties exclusively listed in the area, with any member office. There is no need to visit every real estate office in the area. This saves you time and frustration, as every member office will be able to offer you basically the same inventory and services. You can choose one REALTOR to work for you, to represent you in your search and leave it in their capable hands to find the ideal property, regardless which office has the listing. This relationship builds trust and loyalty -- which works both ways.
ERA Arrow is in the business of "match making" and wants to find your dream property, no matter who has it listed. Some real estate offices will only show buyers their own listings, which represents a small portion of the total inventory available.

Toni & Don Bowen
Toni Bowen, broker associate, is a military brat who has lived all over the world, but has called Ennis home since 1993. The Madison Valley is her "happy place” and says there is no place else she would rather be. She embraced the rural Montana way of life and learned to fly fish and hunt, and joined the ranks of like- minded independent women, who love Montana. She is a community activitist - a past president of the Madison Valley Woman's Club, served on the board of the Ennis Chamber of Commerce, and volunteered on several committees and groups focused on improving the community. She also served for many years on the Board of the Madison - Beaverhead Board of Realtors. Toni has a background in systems analysis and administration. Formerly, she was also a professional organizer, setting up systems and procedures for small businesses. She applies her organizing skills to maintaining the office and keeping her real estate transactions on track. Toni's years of experience in land, commercial and residential sales have allowed her to be a leading producer in the Madison Valley. Toni is not a "salesman," she is a "matchmaker." And states that at this stage in her life and career, her one job is to help people, solve problems, and to be an on-going resource for her clients (who become friends).
Don Bowen, now retired from real estate after 50+ years, a distinguished Realtor Emeritus, was tops in his field, as past president of the San Diego Board of Realtors, vice president of the California Board of Realtors and president of the National Association of Realtors committee, RESSI - Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute. After a successful career in commercial real estate in San Diego, CA, Don adapted to a very different real estate world in Montana, a whole new experience. Don is also a proud Marine!

The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation is for real estate buyer's agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process.
The ERA® Circle of Success Awards Program offers three categories of national designation: Leaders' Circle, Circle of Achievement, and Circle of Honor. The achievement in each category benchmarks earnings in total sales volume by $10,000,000, $6,000,000, and $3,000,000 respectively.
