This company began in 1996 when Don and Toni Bowen purchased FNI Real Estate from Jess Armitage and changed the name to Arrow Real Estate. The Bowens have built this business on their integrity, relationships and commitment to serving their clients and customers. Over the years larger real estate franchises bought up all the other small independent offices in Ennis, leaving Arrow Real Estate the lone holdout.

But when the opportunity to sell to ERA Landmark Real Estate in Bozeman presented itself in March of 2014, the Bowens decided it was the right partnership, at the right time. Arrow Real Estate is now ERA Landmark Arrow Real Estate, blending their successful small-town, personal quality with the power of ERA’s international brand and reach. This is the best of both worlds. We have a new name but we are still the oldest and most experienced real estate firm in the Madison Valley.

Professional Networks

Our brokers and agents are members of the Gallatin Association of REALTORS®, the Montana Association of REALTORS® as well as the National Association of REALTORS®, and as such, adhere to a strict set of professional rules in their Code of Ethics. MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE (MLS)

Our brokers and agents are members of the Southwest Montana MLS, through the Gallatin Association of REALTORS®, which covers all of SW Montana with online information on listings available to over 675 individual REALTOR® members throughout Park, Gallatin, Madison and Beaverhead counties. This includes Livingston, Bozeman, Belgrade, Big Sky, Ennis, West Yellowstone, Sheridan, Twin Bridges, Whitehall, Dillon and all the areas in between.

An active Multiple Listing Service means that every member office will be able to offer you information on ALL properties exclusively listed in the area, with any member office. There is no need to visit every real estate office in the area. This saves you time and frustration, as every member office will be able to offer you basically the same inventory and services. You can choose one REALTOR® to work for you, to represent you in your search and leave it in their capable hands to find the ideal property, regardless which office has the listing. This relationship builds trust and loyalty -- which works both ways.

INTERNET LISTINGS

Listings on MLS are automatically fed to ListHub.com, which distributes the information to dozens of well-known real estate websites including Zillow.com and Realtor.com. Our listings also feed to ERALandmark.com, ERA.com; ERA Distinctive Properties, and the ERA Landmark YouTube Channel, plus MontanaLandMagazine.com, HomesandLand.com, and Trulia.com. ERALandmark.com also feeds over 100 local newspaper websites and various local media outlets in Montana. ERA Landmark Arrow Real Estate is also featured on Facebook.com with postings on real estate tips as well as local events and activities.

PRINT ADVERTISING

Our Marketing Program ensures that listings are viewed by as many consumers as possible. ERA Landmark publishes a high-quality, full- color real estate brochure twice a year, displaying all listings from their Bozeman, Livingston, Big Sky, Ennis and Clyde Park offices. This magazine is mailed to thousands of potential buyers and sellers as well as distributed throughout the area. ERA Landmark Arrow Real Estate advertises in Homes and Land Magazine with a featured property on the cover each year. Other print advertising is chosen based upon specific properties. An up-to-date brochure of all our current listings is available in a rack outside the office entry and in several local restaurants and motels.

SIGNS

For Sale signs are displayed on all of our listed properties with a high visibility in the community. We have a large billboard sign on the highway west of Ennis that is seen by everyone coming down the Virginia City Hill into Ennis and a large sign at the northern entrance to Ennis.

OUR WEBSITE & NEWSLETTER

Our professionally-designed website, www.arrowreal.com continues to bring the most leads. This attractive and informative website shows photos and descriptions of all of our listings plus a connection to the Southwest Montana MLS where one can search the entire database of all listings in the area. Our monthly newsletter, “The Straight Shooter” goes out to our entire database of leads, contacts, clients, associates, etc. It is full of news and information about the area plus current real estate statistics. The newsletter is an effective tool that keeps people informed as well as connected to the Madison Valley so that they will remember us as a good resource for all their real estate needs.

GREAT MARKETING MATERIALS

Arrow Real Estate has published a very informative Madison Valley Relocation and Investment Guide to help educate potential buyers. This Guide is available at the Chamber of Commerce and several area locations. We also provide customers with full color information sheets, property brochures, plats, maps of the valley, covenants, as well as information on noxious weeds, Code of the New West and brochures on Ennis and the Madison Valley. We want buyers to be informed and aware of everything that will help them make a decision to buy property.
